We take care of both sourcing a long-term, stable and consistent nurse staffing solution, improving the qualifications of our Nurses with practical experience and CNA certification, with some progressing through to NCLEX Certification and RN Registration of our International Nurses.

Whilst NSI is both an employer and educator of nurses,  NSI are also meeting the specific challenge to grow the supply of great nurses who have the bilingual language depth to be appointed within these high demand bilingual regions in America.  Many of our Nurses are bilingual professionals and act as mediators and advocates for our Spanish-speaking patients.  This results in increasing their safety, wellbeing and improving the facility risk management and overall cultural diversity of the NSI to our clients.
